Epidural Analgesia:
It produces lower pain scores and involves less time for achieving physical therapy goals. However, this is subject to side effects such as dizziness, urinary retention and itchiness.
Gabapentinoids:
These medications include membrane stabilizers such as Gabapentin and Pregabalin.
